1st Semester Reflection

  This semester I believe my quality of work was okay.  For this being my first time using Photoshop I think I did an okay job, it definitely could have been better though. My concepts were good but with some of my projects, I could have added elements to make my work even better. I have done a nice job on completing my work on time but if I need to work harder and have it not completed on time for my best work, I wouldn't be too upset. I think I occasionally went beyond my first idea but most times I either stuck to it or did something completely different than my first idea.
 
   For the effort element of my work I think I definitely would have challenged myself more and plan more rather than just jumping in and making something. I would occasionally explore variations of my work but I mostly stuck to what was easier. I wish I could have been more creative and been more proud of my work.
 
   I was always productive and was on time to class everyday. I worked most of the class while I had a project and worked independently. I could have used my time much more wisely and make my work better each time and tried new ideas and concepts.

    I did improve in the aspect that i can create my own art in photoshop but I am hoping to be able to go farther than just "making my own art". I would love to be more confident in my work and have stronger concepts in the second semester.

    This next semester I am going to make sure that all the projects I do, I will be proud of and know that I did everything and anything I could do to make it the best piece I've ever done. I want my work to be stronger and better every time. I really hope to improve more and more this next semester by challenging myself and doing whatever I can to make it the best work I know that I can do.
